::2 much work!! 2 much stress!!! AAAHH!::
Skool is 2 hard. I have 4 projectsand 2 upcoming essays to do at the moment...all due very soon and most of them i havent started yet. Im such a freakin procrastinator!! Actually...its just i dont have enough time! I HAVE A LIFE!! Or at least...im TRYING to have a life! AAHH!! cant wait til this year is OVER! pple were rite...junior year IS the hardest!!
ok..now that thats outa my system...lemme recap on the past couple of dayz:
Thursday: nothing hugely notable happened...skools always crazy...nothing new at OHHS...o yeah..swim team practice in the morning...did some running, medicine ball drills, crunches and stuff...then.....we played kickball. wow. We were all like..ok....swim team is playing kickball?? but it was fun. we lost bad...like 12-2...lol...but it was fun. I got 2 3rd base b4 my team got 3 outs and we had to go in; and i caught the ball once and got some1 out. yup. lol.
FRIDAY: now heres some stuff: 1st bummer of the day::a project due. This college search thing where we had to do all this research on 2 colleges, compare them, etc. Due 1st period. I was up all night doing it!! I got like 3 hours of sleep!!I didnt go 2 bed til after 3am!!! i was falling asleep in every class... And my paper wasn't great either. I caught a few mistakes before i turned it in. And u can see where in my paper i started getting tired..my sentances went from being like "I want a school that challenges me academically, but still allows me to have time to relax," to "The people at this school aren't as smart as I'd thought they would be." yup. those are things i said. I think if i wasn't so sleepy i coulda reworded a few things. Then...on the bus i discover from Lindsay (dun,dun,dun...)we need a cover page!!! I (of course) didnt have one, so i spent the 15 minutes we had before class started running around looking for a computer to use. I checked 5 classrooms and none of the teachers were there to unlock the doors!! Its amazing how when u REALLY need someone; they suddenly disappear. NEwayz; Greg was finally done on Ms. Anderson's computer, so i used it and was able to make the cover. The paper was for Anderson, and i kno she saw me making the cover rite then...but i dont think she cared...i hope not at least.
The day continues to suck. Dixon wasnt there, which is normally a REALLY good thing...but in her place was this millitant (sp?) sub....geez...she ran the place like the army! And the teacher hadn't left us bookwork...but the sub assigned us some!! and it was work we already did!! we did it again (copying from eachother like the good pple we are) and turned it in.
As if all that wasn't bad enough...then we got out ADKIN'S TESTS BACK!! I failed...bad...like a 63%bad. I can honestly say now..im not expecting a B this quarter. And i could NEVER get an A now. Thats the first test i failed for him....i usually make B's on the tests and A's on the pop quizes. The last pop quiz i got a D and this test was a D....hmm...not good.
Well, there was one bright thing: swim practice. At the pool, we worked on breath control; which usually is a bad thing, but i was really good! (surprise, surprise). I was able to do the 25 with no breaths all but once, and i never took more than 2 breaths; even when he said we could take up to 3 or 4. booyah! lol. i was real proud of myself. Then that night, i tried to get to bed early...since i had been up til 3am for Anderson....but i didnt get there til almost midnight...dont ask y...i dunno! lol
MOVING ONTO SATURDAY: homework...then SWIM MEET. The meet was great. i dunno the results but im 98% sure we won. One team didnt show up so we automatically beat them; then there was Suitland. Not a bad team, and they are big...but i think we were better. I loved it. I was proud of both my relays (i did a 50FLY in the 200 medley relay; and a 100Free in the 400Free relay) and i came in 2nd in the 500Free!! BOOSTED!! I dropped SO much time in it 2...and i did flip-turns the whole time! My 500free time before that was 9min 49sec. This one was....9min 5sec!!! I dropped over 40 seconds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (for u all that dont know swimming...its common for pple to drop like 4 seconds....any improvement is a good thing) so yeah...that meet was a HUGE CONFIDENCE BOOSTER!! lol. tho i didnt like my 100FLY...eww...fly isnt working for me this year...i dunno what im doing wrong but it doesn't feel rite and my times are ALOT worse than last years. Ima practice it more. :)
Now for 2DAY: 2day sucked. Homework took most of the day...i still have tons of stuff to do... like physics. I did 4 problems then quit..i have no clue what im doing. I did my script for our history video. We are supposed 2 go to Choi's house 2morrow afterschool and start filming. we have like....just over a week...NOT GOOD. Its got me a tad worried...but i think we'll make it. Science fair...ahh...me and Valerie need 2 start. i think we're gonna meet Friday...need 2 check on that. i dont even kno when its due....gosh skool is a pain....cant wait til college!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok, ima go now....ttyl and check back soon!
