hey all! ok...ima be short cause....AMERICAN IDOL 2 PREMIERES 2NITE!!!! yay! So basically 2day u'll get about 15 minutes worth of typing on my day and t.v. guide..then ima sit my @ss in front of the t.v. for 2 hours and watch AI2!! yay! ok....so first
mah day... The day starts w/ swim practice...as usual. Believe it or not, Bley hadn't heard about what Flowers said about us at the meet Saturday...so like 4 of us gave him a breif overview and he added them to our hit-list for next year (**Disclaimer: by "hit-list", i mean the teams we will be working hard 2 beat next year just for enjoyment and so we can tease them cause we dont like them...no violence intended**) Practice was ok...til the race. He made Ashley and Sarah race, and the rest of us had to choose someone to support...sorta bet on. The loser and their supporters then had to do a snake of fly....which is basically 6 laps of butterfly...while the winner and her supporters left. yup. I cheered 4 Ashley, tho they both are cool. It was SO CLOSE...but Sarah won and we had to do the snake. boo...2 MUCH FLY!! my arms were hurting, but i wasnt mad. next time ima still be on Ashley's side...i think she can win...it was SO CLOSE!
Then we went to skool.. oh! it was FUNNY! Me, Karen, Candace and Meery had to ride w/ Bley to the pool causew we didnt have a ride. We get in..and he turns on this cd...w/ nothing but bagpipes playing on it! We kept laughing and talking about it...and then when we pulled into the neighborhood the schools in...Bley turns up the cd real loud and rolls down the windows! Its snowing...and hes like "Im gonna embarass u guys since u made fun of my music." we all just laughed....some pple walking to skool were lookin at the car like...what the hell???? lol it was HILARIOUS! then Bley turned down the music as we pulled into the parking lot...claiming that he didnt wanna embarass us more. Actually...we all thought it was funny...i think he was afraid his students might hear and tease him later. lol. it was funny.
NEwayz....IT SNOWED!! Like...from before skool started to the end of 5th period. All during 1st and 2nd period i was all happy and crazy cause i thought they'd let us outa skool 2 hours early. But as usual, nothing goes my way and that didnt happen. o well. We turned in Adkin's video today. so relieved...tho...i almost lost it 3 TIMES before i got it to him. As soon as 5th period ended, i practically ran to Adkin's room. I went in, rushed over to him and practically threw the video at him and was like "Take it!!! I almost lost it!!" he was all...ok.... lol my group WOULD HAVE KILLED ME if i lost it...whew! glad thats over. Speaking of Adkin's...the last test of the quarter is tomorrow...ima study hard after AI2 is over 2nite.
oh yeah....superintendent...aka self-proclaimed CEO of education in the county Metts came to our skool today. Cant say anyone was happy to see her. From what i heard, she basically ate up alot of food the principal set out for her and her crew, talked on her cell phone and had a brief meeting. I thought it was all real stupid. The principal always makes such a big deal of her coming...they polished the floors for once...and tried to enforce one or two rules today....nah...im like...give it up... Then...Metts doesnt even live in our county. That sorta pisses me off....how are you gonna fix the problems our county has if u dont know what they are? Its obvious she dont know what shes doing...why is it that the north side of the county is the place with all the new schools and renovations and stuff?? What about our south side??? we pay the same taxes...im like...someone fire her please... i kno the systems broke but...shes not doing anything....u can just take her salary and use it to fix things. :)
Ok....enough of dat.....now for JOE MILLIONAIRE. If u dunno...im a HUGE reality t.v. show freak. i love it all....dont ask y. NEways...last nights JM...pretty ok. I was disappointed Allison was kicked out...but she wasnt my favorite. I want MoJo to go....her floppy hat and bad fashion is really starting to get to me. I also want the curly/black-haired girl to go. I usued to really like her..but in the last episode she seemed real fake. And she gave all the others these dirty looks and stuff...im like...ya...ok. bye! lol. I like Zora...she isnt in for the money...she even seems a bit uncomfortable w/ all the fancy stuff and wealth. Dana...the tall blonde one is cool too...a bit too chatty...but she seems cool....tho i think she does like his money. o well....the biotch of all biotches...Heidi is gone....yay! couldnt stand her!!!
Now....American Idol time...my favorite show... Ill have to blog about tonites episode later...cant wait to see all the sucky pple! lol. Ima tape this episode. I hear this AI will be better than the 1st one. My favorite person last time was Tamyra. Then i liked Kelly, EJay, Justin, RJ and Christina...in that order. The ppple i hated most: 1st...those two girls in the top 30 who were ALWAYS together!! couldnt stand them!!! And i hated Ryan Starr!!! i dunno y...i HATED HER!! And last time when Tamyra was kicked off...i coulda broke the tv!!! She was the best!! And i liked EJay...he wasnt cute really....but he could SING!! lol. Kelly...the last winner....she can sing great...but she sorta has a little country accent in her music. I mean...i kno shes from texas...but i dont like country at all. no offense. First ima say...this has been a very eventful week...filming for Adkins....swim practices (what was all that on friday??! lol)...2 hour delay friday....lotsa stuff during different classes, but i dont feel like elaborating now...
So im just gonna talk about yesterday and 2day and get ALL CAUGHT UP...
yESTERDAY (Saturday...4 u slow pple). Had a swim meet. We went against Flowers and Northwestern. It was ok. I went w/ Karen and then after we went to McDonalds...yum...havent been there in ages...Checkers is mah new place. lol. Anyways...i swam fly in the 200 Medley relay, free in the 200 Free Relay, the 200 IM and the 100 breast stroke. Both relays were pretty good and i was real happy w/ my IM...i dropped 2 more seconds bringing it to 3:54:somethin i think. I beat like 3 pple in that so i was happy. I hated my breast stroke tho. Havent done it in a meet since the beginning of freshman year WAY back when... so...yeah. It started bad...then my freakin knee (i have bad knees...)like snapped and it was hurting...and i was like..omg...did i DQ cause of it??? i didnt but it made my time suck...and it hurt like crazy!!! So...yeah...hate breast stroke.
I dunno what the results were.... OH! and guess what OHers! We are officially hating on Flowers. See...i never had a problem w/ them....i never even thought of them as rivals or anything. But then when Shadonna transfered there...she was like....Flowers REALLY hates on us for some reason. Which i was just like...wow...ok. BUT AT THE MEET! Apparently, some of my team members heard the Flowers pple talking about us...some of the things i picked up was they calling us "white trash," and we suck....and some other stuff. I walked into the locker room after the meet and there was all this shouting....i was like...what happened?? Then they told me what Flowers was saying. So then we all were pissed off and just cursing and shouting and ranting...by then there were only like 4 poor Flowers pple in there...but we kept shouting...not at them really...just at whatever. It made me mad. Nobody said anything to them and nobody said anything about them. OHHS doesnt rival them really. Usually we arent the ones starting things; but we will finish it so to anybody hatin on us i say BRING IT!

OK...on to happier subjects of TODAY (saturday) WE FINISHED OUR ADKINS VIDEO!! im soo boosted!!! We worked practically all day...started the days filming at about noon...did that til like 4pm...then went to Amanda's house and me, Steph and Mei helped them and were her, Iris and Sarahs extras...got home..i dunno...maybe like a bit after 6pm. Then we edited and fixed up our video and were done by 10pm...like a bit ago. lol. im so relieved its done. We have a few editing flaws...and i kno next time we can put it together cleaner...but its pretty good!! Though we had our share of problems....editing troubles...craig's zooming in at the wrong times....us messing up or laughing (ok, ok..that was mostly my fault...but it makes for good bloopers, rite?? lol) and then we had an almost DISASTEROUS problem earlier during filming: it was just me, steph and mei at first. Steph was filming Mei while she did this like...8 minute speech. Then at the end steph cuts it and is like...O...M...G...we have a problem. it turned out...nobody had checked where we had stopped the tape last time after filming..and we taped over our movie!!!!!! The 3 of us were like...gonna cry....it was HORRIBLE!! Luckily (we were REALLY lucky...) that we only had taped over like 2 scenes....and those scenes were basically just talking scenes where the 2 pple present their cases to the court. Problem was, they had been filmed at Mei's house...where she has a bar that looked like a courtroom....and we were at my house....with no bar. But...we were desperate...so we just pulled out a ghetto brown folding table and used it instead in my messy basement. It actually wasnt that bad...Mei's house was nicer...but hey...we were screwed...lol. But...its ok....i think our video turned out nice...some humor...some serious....historical...im proud. :)
Well...thats all. O yeah! Lindsay!! I meant to call but its late now...how'd ur Its Academic filming go!!! I was there in spirit!! lol. hope u did good...ill check w/ u later on details!! GO LINDSAY! OHHS!! lol.
well...i really wanna go to sleep now...gotta wake up and do physics/history/english homework 2morrow...boo... TTYL!!!
