hey guyz! OMG...this week was horrible! first all, so u guyz kno, i wasn't in skool 2day cause im still sick (duh). but luckily, my voice is partially back! yay! OMG! i HATE being sick! i dont think ive been this sick in a LONG time! All week, ive had a sore throat, a stuffy nose and felt all slow and tired and stuff. as soo as i'd get home from skool, i'd wanna go right to bed. And then: wednesday and thursday....i lost my voice! THE TORTURE!!! Yesterday was the worst! wed., i could sorta whisper...but yesterday it was like....nothings coming out! And 8th period.....GRRRRRR!! craig and greg....wait til i get better...lol. They sitting there and craigs like, "Megan is stupid. If you disagree say something." and id try to say im not stupid, but i couldnt talk!!! Then, i try doing my work, and real loud he's like "Whats that, Megan? Your gay?" WTF??? I turned around and tried to say NNNOOOOOOOOO...but I COULDNT!!! Then Greg has to join in, being like..."Its okay Megan..its good ur coming out the closet." AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I will KILL u both (note: "kill" isn't used in its literal meaning) I hope whatever i have is contageous, and i hope u BOTH GET SICK! keel over!! kick the bucket! grr.... wait...craig needs to stay well for a bit...we need him for our video project....but after that he can join greg 6 feet under. muh-haha.
Geez....life was HARD without talking....so frusterating. Who the heck ever said that silence is golden? THAT IS A LIE!! o well....now i can talk...i sound a little weird still...but hopefully im on my way up. :) im comin 2 hope's pah-tay 2morrow! yay! bringing back the 80's! boo-ya! lol. i still need to figure out what im gonna wear...i had planned on picking out sometime during the week...but being sick is a drag and my life has been wake up, go to skool, stay after for activity, go home, do homework, sleep. ive been setting records going to bed at around 10pm...wow. lol. i need 2 find an outfit. lol. but ill be there.
In other news...... swim team is done for the season....all thats left is the end-of-season banquet. Im sad its over. ok, im bout to start getting fat. lol j/k. i will try to keep my new-found muscle through to next season. yup. The State Invitationals was last weekend. long meet. but ok. I swam the 200 IM and was in the 400 FREE Relay. ok...now heres the story.. I didn't have my swim bag- if u refer to my last blog entry, i talk about being sick and leaving skool early...well...i had forgotten to get my swim bag w/ my stuff in it from practice that morning. Most importantly in it were my goggles....it is NOT GOOD when u have to borrow goggles for a meet...they will often leak. Well...i borrowed Steph's (my sister) goggles...they fit great and all. So i went to do my 200 IM. It was going nice...i did a decent fly.....pretty good back, and gained one pple in breast stroke...then...when i hit the wall to go into the freestyle part....the goggles broke. I pushed off the wall and went into streamline position and then all of a sudden my eyes felt real cold and started burning...then i realized...SHIZ!! The goggles came off! So then i got real pissed off...cause i had to do a 50 FREE still without goggles...and i already had a cold so my breathing was sucking...and then i was so mad i was just like...forget it...so i sorta got into a dont-care mindset. Finally, i finished....and the IM is a killer...so im breathing all hard and trying to catch my breath...then one of the timers is like...my goggles are on the bottom of the pool...but the pools like 10ft deep....so i had to dive down and get them....which i dont like doing when im trying to breath...grr. Then i find out my time is....3:44:somethin....im like...NNOOOO!! my best time was 3:40:34...i KNOW that i gained more than 4 seconds just cause of that 50free....and I KNOW IF IT WASN'T FOR THE GOGGLES I WOULD HAVE BEAT MY OLD TIME!!! i was beyond pissed...AHHHH! I wanted soo badly just to see a 3:30-something.....now its all over...and i have to wait til next year. i was very angry. But i later found out i came in 14th in the IM (every swimmers goal at states is to be in the Top 16) so that boosted my spirits a bit. but still...grrr..
The 400 FREE was ok too. We came in 10th. Our time was a little disappointing...but we were put in the wrong heat anyways...so i really didn't care. But that was all for swimming. I cant wait til the banquet..i dunno when it is yet. i wanna see every1 again in 1 place. thats what i liked about being on a team...u always have like a second group of pple to talk 2 and stuff, ya kno? it makes me which i joined more things freshman year.....o well... ima go now and see if greg's ready to die (disclaimer: when i say "die" i dont mean i will kill him)
