here i am..putting off homework....i really need to do it..but i cant do it now. Though..im bored online. Maybe ill look at my future....

I think ill try 2 be a journalist or reporter...sounds fun..plush i like english and stuff. I was looking at Towson University the the other day...since i might go there for college...and thats like...in a year and some months...so i need to start making my college list. NEwayz...they got Mass Communications and Journalism...my majors. And theres concentrations in print journalism, new media and broadcast journalism. I have no clue which one ill do...ill probably go in and experiment w/ them all a bit til i find which one. I actually think broadcasting would be great..work at a t.v. studio...and i really love making films and stuff...so working w/ video cameras and stuff..yeah..that sounds great. But i dont think theres a whole lot of t.v. studios..and i dont want to go through skool and then theres no job available. New Media journalism sounds great too...not as fun...but i'd be using computers and stuff...and id really like to learn more about computers.. Then there's print journalism. Working for a paper sounds pretty cool...not as cool as a station..but cool. And theres tons of papers out there...only thing is the little papers dont pay that much. But ima be a good journalist...ima make it big! lol

geez...i am sooo sick of doing work for skool...

I dunno what it is...but this year it just seems like im never finished working. When i think about it...on average i only have homework for like...2 classes out of 8 every night....then i wonder...why aam i up til like 11pm doing homework?? And i didn't even watch any t.v. or anything!! just a quick break for dinner! Even my weekends are spent doing homework. Take today for example...i slept in til about 9:30am...then about an hour or two later i began my homework...and besides a quick break to play w/ my dog...ive been doing work up until this moment. what a thrilling saturday!! (im being sarcastic...if u cant tell...) So far...i've knocked off my history and math...but that still leaves me with physics, english and a geology project. geez...tomorrows gonna be busy! Ill start the geology 2nite...i think. im actually doing research for it now...sort of...well...im supposed to be doing research now.

o well.....just one more week til spring break......

Another week gone by....IM SOOO HAPPY!!! Spring Break is the week after next...and i can't wait!!! Skool is too much....way too much work..this year is really, really hard. Im hoping next year...SENIOR YEAR (yay baybe!!) will be easier...i hope i hope...

Im really worrying a bit about AP tests...i signed up (and paid 80 bucks a piece...) for the AP English Language and the AP U.S. History tests. Im not too worried about the english one...im pretty good in that area so if i time myself well ill be fine...its the history im kicking myself for. My teacher has been holding after skool classes mondays and wednesdays, and will start doing it 4 days a week soon so he can prepare us more...its just...AHHH!! i mean...i love the class, the teacher and i find history is interesting..and im not bad at it...its just thinking that the AP exam will be on all of history. I mean...im cramming for tests now...and they are only on 2 chapeters a piece!! The AP exam is on our ENTIRE book!!! I just dont see how i will remember it all! Then i feel bad...wasting my parents money...those tests are expensive....and between me and my sister they had to fork over $320....wich no guarentee if we'd get high enough marks...o yes..im having a serious guilt trip here. I am gonna be doing some HUGE studying over spring break...no relaxation for me! Im gonna be going down to Myrtle Beach, SC for the break. But ima be working down there...job training for my summer job there, since ill be down there all summer. So on top of working a job, ima have homework and maybe even a project for school...then ima be studying and practicing for the AP tests....and then reviewing and studying for the June SAT test....along with catching up on some school work i've fallen behind on. yup...sounds fun. ...now thats what i call relaxation!!
After skool on wednesday at the afterskool class for history, we all were talking about the test...i think we all have doubts. Then we started talking about all night study sessions...lol...interesting. This guy Paul said that theres this soda called Jolt Cola that works 100 times better than coffee or chocolate. He said he took one sip and couldn't sleep all night. Now that sounds like mah stuff...lol.. But he said he doesn't think they sell it in stores anymore...though you can ALWAYS get stuff online! lol..i luv the internet black market. lol. j/k. Then this other guy was telling us all about this web site that sells all these products w/ caffiene in them...everything from soda to snacks...even soap!!! Now...caffiene soaps a bit extreme...i dont wanna kno how thats supposed to work..but i might check it out...gotta find out the name of the site. I tell ya...these guys got the hook up!! lol

Speaking of history, we had an Adkin's Test on...uh...what day was it....i think wednesday. I thought i did bad but amazingly i got an 80%. I am SO UNBELIEVABLY CLOSE to having an "A" in that class its not even funny!!! I can smell it!! no...i can TATSE IT!!! I am STANDING ON THE STEPS....KNOCKING ON THE DOOR!!! no....the door is OPEN!!! I HAVE ONE FOOT IN!!! And then.....im stuck there...cause i dunno what my grade is now. The quarter officially ends tuesday, but most teachers were doing grades today. Its all up to my group's video project on the "Camp Grant Massacre." I think we deserve an "A" on it...it was funny, informative and etertaining. But...i dont wanna jinx it. Tho...i think i need an "A" on this project to get an "A" in the class...ive NEVER been this close to an "A" in there before!! (for those of u who dunno...an "A" in Adkin's is a remarkable thing...save that report card, frame it..then hang it on your wall. heck...on the only test in his class that i got an "A" on..i have it stuck to the refridgerator!) I think Craig's in the same boat..he said this morning we need an "A" on our project. So now we wait...its all up on the project...theres nothing we can do now....

While im talking about grades...i might as well talk about Archetectural Drafting/Engineering Graphics. U know that model house i built and was talking about? (refer to the previous blog entry...dated 3/30/03) well...it was due today. It looked messed up. Wanna kno what it looked like? Lets turn to what pple said:

I HATE Archetectural Drafting/Engineering Graphics!!!! IT IS SOOOO STUPID!!! i kno...i used to like it...i mean...all we do is listen to cd's and play games online...but now we got this STUPID thing where we gotta make this model house out of foam core board. Its due thursday..i started today...ITS UGLY!! damn house. The board is hard to cut...i stabbed myself with the pocket knife once already...and it shreds real easily...its ugly!! Picture this: a raggedy little shack thats falling apart and sorta lopsided...dats mah house. Not to mention...my hot glue gun is sorta broken so it leaks...and i burned myself twice w/ it..one of them left a burn mark...mayn...i was cursing up a storm then! I am getting so pissed off....THE HOUSE IS SOOOO RETARDED!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

ok...im calm....i think...ill stop bitchin.... On to brighter news: WE FINISHED OUR VIDEO PROJECT!! even better news: IT LOOKS GREAT! lol. I think this is the best one yet! Its entertaining and historical. The Camp Grant Massacre was a great topic..i love it! lol. so yeah...i was boosted about that...i just finished editing it today. And its not due til Tuesday!!! wow..we finished early! yay!

More good news: Saturday night, i went to a play at my cousin's school. It was in their brand new auditorium (private skool pple get so much more than us....)...real nice. It was a William Shakespeare comedy: Much Ado About Nothing. It wasreally good. The play was very funny and the plot was easy to follow. There were like 4 actors who were really, really good. I was like...i wanna see another play!! It was great. Plays are fun...especially funny ones like this one. They really did a great job.

The final bit of good news for the weekend: Michelle Kwan won the 2003 World Skating Championships!! YAY! Shes the best. And Sasha Cohen didn't place..she was bumped down to 4th..haha...i dont like her. She seems so snobby. And at the Olympics, she had knocked Michelle Kwan down during warmups..and it looked intentional. That LoSeR! lol. But yeah...i was happy.

And thats all. Mayn....that stupid house...i dont wanna finish it!! its so ugly!! it looks like im not even trying..but i am!! its just hard!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!
