Hey all! mayn...today is good. I went to the mall...bought 2 pairs of jeans and a shirt...all for like...$38....not bad..

I also got my hair cut. I like it...its like shoulderlength and angled on the sides. But my mom says it makes me look younger...great...pple already said i looked like i was 12...how old am i now...10??! ggrr....
Then later on tonite...like in an hour or so...im going out to dinner w/ my grandparents and cousin...so that should be ok. oh! and i got the new Sims game..its the Sims: Superstar. I LOVE those games!! So..yeah...im readdicted.....cant....get....off...computer!!!

Finally the week is OvEr! Yay! And i really got no work that i have to do (tho lotsa stuff i can be working on...) cause the next 2 weeks are gonna b crazy! Messed up schedules here i come! boo-yah! lol. Today was pretty slow day.. Had a test in AP U.S. history....it was long and fairly hard....its the "mother of all tests" in that class...worth the most all year...meaning u HAD to do ok on it to get a good grade in the class. i kept messing up, so i ended up skipping half of 7th period to stay in history to finish the test. o well.

In precal i had a "pop" quiz..tho he had warned us that the quiz fairy was comin yesterday. I think i did good..i mighta missed the last problem...but..yeah.

Engineering Graphics was hilarious today. i was trying to study for the history test, since i had to take the test right after this class. Sean was in there for some reason...he had a paper w/ some info for the test. i tried to take it from him cause he wouldnt let me see it. i snatched it then turned to run, but he grabbed the top of my jacket and lifted it up, so he was almost hanging me w/ it so i let go. darn him..lol...o well, he let me see it after i complained a bit. that class was hilarious today...it usually is. lol....Jared and his Phil Collins cd....haha....long story...had 2 b there...

well...ima go and maybe look for an RP project topic...p/o!

hey pple! Im not gonna be on much longer...gotta study for an AP US History test...u all kno how those are...its the biggest one yet, so i cant afford to fail it. Well guyz...my great week has ended. Today was a pretty bad day. In english we got 2 projects...including one sucky one where we gotta read these 6 things and analyze them in a 8-10 page MLA-style research report. i dont know what the hell to write...its all due on june 10th..the SAME day my AP US history video project is due....i kno ima hate that day...

To add onto getting those projects, i found out that sadly i wasn't accepted into the National Honors Society. Truthfully, i hadn't been expecting it....but i did wanna be in it. It woulda looked real nice to colleges, and coulda helped to get me some scholarships...but its ok. If they dont like me, then I DONT LIKE THEM! HA! In YOUR FACE "selection committee"!!! lol...lemme stop....ima try to get in in the fall...but im not bending over backwards for them...like...im not going out this summer doing a whole rack of community service or anything just to impress them...im not that pressed to be in there.

But that was pretty much it. I stayed after for FBLA. We nominated pple for offices. I was nominated for something..historian i think, but i turned it down cause my friend Mykella was running for it. Besides...im still happy i got the position of correspondence secretary in GLOBE Club...i dont need another position til this happiness subsides...lol j/k.

In t.v. news: Kimberly Locke was kicked off American Idol last night. There was less than a 4% difference in the number of votes between all 3 of them...now thats a close race. I was a little mad...i wanted Clay to go. I mean...all of them can sing...but i still think Clay belongs on Broadway..not on a cd. Ruben is my fav., but i like Kim 2nd. But, i was expecting her to get kicked off, so i wasn't too mad about it. Now Ruben just has to win...

The week just keeps getting better and better! If the pattern keeps up, Friday should be a PeRfEcT day! lol. I FINALLY finished Billy Budd last night, thanx to hope for finding me a site w/ all the allusions...so that book is out the way. I read 6 chapters to finish it last night...it actually wasn't that bad...once u get past chapter 20 things actually get a tad interesting...

In engineering graphics Chris hacked into my account again. New dicovery: only one person can be logged onto one account at one time. How did i find this out, u ask?? Chris hacked in and was on my account, so when i tried to get into mine it wouldnt work. It wasnt that bad tho. After teasing me for a bit, he got out of it, then showed me how to change my password...which i did. so now he cant get in N E more...i hope.

I stayed after for Globe Club today. It was the last globe meeting of this year. There was food and we elected officers for next year. Guess what?! Im the correspondence secretary (sp?) for globe club next year!! whoo-hoo! yeah! Now i got TWO leadership positions. This one was all thanx to Alanna...she nominated me. And no one wanted to run against me, so i got it! yay! I wasn't gonna run for anything...i mean..i wanted to be an officer...but everyone there was pretty much running for something, and was all like....vote for me! vote for me! and im like...ok...i will..sure..uh-huh. (i did vote for all the pple i said i would vote for, by the way; so no im not being fake). And i was in a hyper mood, so i was going around being like "Vote for me for mayor!! Megan for Mayor!!" and stupid stuff like that...(mayor obviously wasn't an option to fun for, by the way...just breakin it down for greg..lol j/k) But i wasnt really gonna run for anything cause i didnt wanna compete w/ my friends for offices (i kno, i kno..im too nice). but Alanna asked if i wanted her to nominate me for anything, and i was like...i dont care...sure..why not....so she did...and i got it! yay! thanx alanna. lol. So it was cool. It was fun there...everyone was all loud and stuff...finally im staying after for things other than extra history classes!!

o yeah...the skool newspaper came out today...3rd one this year..kinda slow guysz.. It sorta sux. i mean, a few articles were good...but it was less than i expected. And this is the last newspaper for the year. usually for the last paper there is a page w/ all the graduating seniors and where they are going to college...not this year. i was sorta blown, cause i like seeing where every1 is headed. Then, there were (like alwayz) numerous typos and grammer mistakes. And some articles u can tell were really old. Like there was this one article on the sniper shootings that took place like...in october. You can tell from reading the article that it was written while the sniper was still at large. They could have at least updated it a bit...u kno...stick a little italics in the bottom w/ a brief update. I mean...its been like 7 months...they had plenty of time... And all the papers had a square of print cut out (i mean actually cut out...like w/ scissors) of the bottom of one of the pages. im guessing something was printed that wasnt meant to be print. come on guyz...lets check the paper before it goes to print.... ok..lemme stop ragging on the paper....sorry...keep in mind i wanna be a journalist.... :)

I only have 5 more chapters to read in Billy Bud, Sailor...and its getting better...though i think it is retarded how the first 17 chapters is an introduction and then two chapters later suddenly the main character is dead...go figure.. And Herman Melville is supposed to be one of those great American writers??? hmmm....lets rethink this...

Precal is getting better too...i understand what im doing now!! We've moved from limits (which im lost...) to dirivatives...and i understand those...but watch..its gonna get harder in a day or two...it just takes some time...

Oh! And something interesting happened today: someone lit up a temprary and put it on fire. I dunno how big the fire got...i didn't hear any fire trucks....but it was bad enough to make that teacher's classes get moved to the media center for the rest of the day. I didnt see the fire, but i heard there was lotsa smoke coming from the temp. I was goin to 5th period, which is in the main building...and by the doors leading outside there was all these pple..and lots of em were all like..."its a fight!", then this girl was like..."no @sshole...its a FIRE!!" And i was just like...huh? now, see...u gotta know my school to know why i didn't investigate further. My school is odd....rarely do we have a "normal" school week. All sorts of crazy stuff happens....and then theres alwayz rumors going around. And the sad thing is....its so hard to tell the rumors from the truth, cause often times the truth is just as outrageous as the rumor. But, getting back to my story...the fire really did happen, i just didnt see it. Collin came in and filled me and a few others in on what she saw of it. Then on the afternoon bus Shannon said they had lit the teachers chair on fire, and thats what started it. Thats low guyz.....real low..


Oh yeah...one bad thing did happen today: Chris hacked into my account on the school computers, so now he has access to all my drawings for engineering graphics and he says it also has my phone number and other stuff. Its not a real big deal to me.....i truly dont care. Though, he said he'd show me how he did it tomorrow. I can get into that. lol. and maybe tomorrow ill change my password so he cant get my info. Ill ask Lindsay for help on that...

well...better finish my homework...American Idol is on 2nite. Its down to the final 3!! I want Ruben, then Kimberly, then Clay....i like em all...but i think Clay should do Broadway...not make cds.. so yeah...go Ruuuben!!

I thought once the AP testing was over, id be stress-free....HA!! I have so much crap to due...do i ever get a break?? We gotta finish reading that stupid book Billy Bud, Sailor and do these questions by wednesday...im just over halfway done.. then i got a precal report...im supposed to be doing that now..its due thursday... and i just finished making up homework and stuff from Friday. Then this coming friday we might have a test in AP u.s. history...the biggest one yet so...yeah....im screwed. then i have no freakin clue what we are learning in precal...and i would ask questions in there but i really, really dont know where to start. i cant wait til this year is OVER!!!

well...not that next year's gonna be any better...ill have a research practicum project to do...which reminds me..i gotta start looking for a topic and mentor. Then we all in science and tech will be divided into our tracks...and im in engineering while most of my friends are in biology..so i probably wont have many classes w/ my friends... then...they are changing the schedule so its an 8 period day (like what we got now) but most AP classes will by 2 periods instead of one...so pple will be taking anywhere from like...3 to 8 classes...so everyone will be switching classes at different times...meaning that i might not see my friends in the hallways, cause ill have 5 classes and most of them have 3.... Oh, and i just found out from my psychology teacher that they are planning on adding another lunch period... in 10th grade they added a 2nd period lunch to make lunches last from 2nd through 6th periods...all cause of overcrowding. Now, my teacher says they are thinking of adding a 7th period to the list....great...now i can skip all but 2 classes... Not to mention, they are adding 6 new temporaries. 6!!! We already got a little village going out there! or, as swim coach calls it: the oxon hill projects (drumroll...) how many temps we got now?? 20??? more?? i dunno...we are waaay too overcrowded. And the 6 new ones will be put in the student parking lot, since we have no more space to put them. im like...thats a bit of a hike! and where will pple park?? They might just let only seniors drive now...but i still dont see how that will work....o well.. looks like we can expect alot of freshmen!!! watch our numbers jump from like 2,700 students to 3,000....yeah buddy...we got ourselves a whole little village!!!

ok...enough sarcasm and complaining...gotta do my report....
