Its friday!! ok...daym....i made a good blog entry...but then it erased for some reason....crap. so this one will suck but its all good. lol.

Work today was cool. It was me, Steph and Ben. Today was Ben's last day....then he left this evening for the summer. His school apparently starts earlier than ours...around august 5th. im like...darnit. o well..he said he's comin back next year. ill be back 2! yay!

Work 2day was busy....got a bit hectic...but overall it was good. Im getting used to the busy-ness...i dont get as...OMG!!!...as i used to. I had to run to the store today cause we ran out of burger buns. Other than that...its all good. tho...i burnt my hand refilling the nacho cheese...that shit is hot!! And i almost fell 4 times today...3 times cause i slipped on water on the floor....once cause my shoelace got caught on the corner of a freezer. haha. good times. lol. love work...

After work i played a game of pool...wanted to play more, but some pple there were really annoying me. There were these 5 guys playing pool and they kept being all loud and stuff. Then one of them will leave and smoke outside (cause u can't smoke inside), then come back in, but when they come in they are still finishing their cigarette. I really....really cant stand smokers. I mean...ya think w/ all the crackheads at school i'd be used to the smell...well...im used to the smell....but i cant stand it! it annoys me so much! And my cousin was workin at the time, and one of the guy's went over to him and was like "hey...why do u all have pool tables but u dont let pple smoke inside??" my cousin was just like "ask him," and pointed at Brian, the owner of the place. im like...uh...try the fact that this is a family place in a travel park where there are lotsa little kids...and the fact that second-hand smoke is bad, and the fact that is smells, isn't cool and is bad for u??? geez...im sorry....one of my biggest pet peeves is smoking.

NEwayz...me and Steph also walked to the pier on the beach here. guess what?? we found a seahorse!! a real live seahorse!! well...not live...dead, actually...but it was the actual seahorse! When i was little, i remember finding the skeleton of a seahorse on the beach. but this was the actual thing...they are soooo cute!! tho...i wish it was alive...i hate seeing dead things...sorta depressing...

ok...i saw on Lindsay's blog one time this thing called the Friday Five, which is 5 questions that i put anwsers too. I think thats cool...so ill start this up and anwser them:

1. If your life were a movie, what would the title be?
hmm...i dont kno...if i wasnt so sleepy maybe i'd think of somethin creative...but...hmm...i got one! its so creative! so original! so unique!! "The Life of Megan" (an E! True Hollywood Movie...haha j/k)

2. What songs would be on the soundtrack?
geez...are all these questions alwayz this hard?? probably mostly R&B and rap songz, since thats my fav. music....probably some real strange songs...funny songs..

3. Would it be a live-action film or animated? Why?
live and in COLOR! lol. animation just can't do the job, mayn! lol.
4. Casting: who would play you, members of your family, friends, etc?
I would play me..of course...how could u POSSIBLY replace me?? no one could EVER be me!! haha j/k. my family will be played by my family...tho...someone else can play my grandfather...he talks much like Ozzy Osbourne (wmemer,,,uh...uh....owwjehd..hmf...uh..) And my friends will play my friends...they are irreplacable (go ahead: awww....)

5. Describe the movie preview/trailer.
I dunno...this is gonna be a long @ss trailer...haha. lets start w/ an adorable baby picture of urs truely...then move on to elementary school...my bad @ss time as a first grader.....go through those nice elementary years...then through middle school....geez...that was a crazy time. then high school...gosh...dont let me BEGIN bout that: we could do those happy-go-lucky hang out w/ friends times...we would have a making the video of an Adkin's video project..lol..that would be hilarious...go to the screwy but beloved OH....condemned gym...some fight scenes...geez...i could go on and on...but im tired...and previews should only last like....3 minutes, rite?? haha. haha. haha. BYEEZ!!!!

today was my day off from work. It was okay...started great...but then rained all afternoon, which really sucked cause there's nothin 2 do when it rains.
Went to the ocean in the morning...that was sooo fun. Went body boarding...i love that. It is the best! lol. Riding the waves is soo fun and its so easy! Most of it is picking a good wave and timing it right. I rode lotsa real good ones. It was an overcast day...even rained a little while we were out there...so some of the waves were pretty big. I got thrown around by some of the big waves...geez.. See...to body board...u have to catch the wave right before it curls and breaks. If u get it before it curls, u can't ride it cause it just wont take u anywhere. If u get it after it breaks...it will just knock u over. Some of the waves, i'd be too far out and it will crash right on me, so icouldnt ride them.

lol...one of those waves was real big and i tried to jump it....not good. See...if the wave is real big and abut to crash, u should dive through it or just duck underwater, then u wont get the full force of it. Stupid me thought i could jump it but didnt get high enough, so i got tossed underwater and knocked around a bit. geez...hate it when that happens.

Some of the ones i rode were good tho. A few of them were pretty big...those are fun, cause they are like rollercoasters. They pick u up on top of them, then they drop u and its like going down a bumpy hill. its fun. love it.

After awhile at the beach, we went to the pool. That was ok...ocean is better. Then, we went to the mall. We had planned on seeing Bad Boys II, but they wouldn't let us in cause its R-rated and im not 17 yet. daym....hate late birthdays. o well...in 2 weeks ill be able to get in and they cant stop me. i ws sorta blown...daym...SC is strict. In Maryland they dont really check ur age...heck...we got into the Matrix Reloaded w/ no problem. o well...i wasn't in much of a movie mood anyways. So we went around the mall...must buy clothes...lol.

Lets see...it rained most of the rest of the day....we went to the arcade. Me and Steph played DDRMAX...i love that. Tho...these guys wanted us to do "Dead End" as one of our songs. i was like...uh..no. I havent tried that yet...but i dont think i'm up to that level yet. my favorite song is the Japan one...so fun....then theres other ones i like...hmm...4get their names...i like the faster ones...but i cant do the 200 speed ones...180 yes....200 no. ill keep practicing. Me and Steph walked on the beach to the pier this evening...nice walk. Tho it started rainging when we were almost there...not real heavy rain tho, so it was ok.

Watched Friends then Scrubs....two great shows...and that was my day. Tomorrow i work from 10am to 4pm...ugh...gotta wake up in the morning...o well..im getting better...

hey all! Its Wednesday! lol. I went to work this morning...worked w/ Brian (aka: da boss...) and Steph. Geez...the place was dead today. Dunno why....it was a great day. Overcast....cloudy....but nice and warm and....just a nice day. But the pool outside was fairly empty, and therefore not many pple came to the snackbar. The arcade was ok...but no one was really buying food. o well...easy day. And Brian kept imitating different parts from movies...it was hilarious...that guy's funny. i luv work.
And guess what?? I will be working here again next summer! Yay!! so happy! Brian asked if we would be coming back next year, and i was like....sure...if ya want me to. And he was like good...and next year he's giving me a raise, so ill get $8 an hour, as opposed to this year's $7/hr. yay!! great!

Tomorrow im off work...my only day off for the week, since this week im working 6 days a week. What should i do tomorrow. hhmmm.. i'll probably go to the beach in the morning...maybe go see a movie...i wanna see Bad Boys II. and Legally Blonde II. i dunno....ill think bout it tomorrow.

In other news...mayn...u all hear bout that shooting in New York...the city hall?? geez...thats wild. Its sad. i dunno if all the facts r out yet....when i caught the story on the news things were still pretty up in the air and the details were vague. But i guess the one guy...Askew or whatever...wanted the elected official, Davis' position. i think thats what it sounds like this was about. weird...sounds like somethin from our history book. its so sad what goes on these days....

I need to email my parents..hmmm. my brother was supposed to get out of the hospital today....i haven't heard from them tho so i dunno if he left or not. I hope he did...i feel bad for him...he always has it so hard....

geez...nothin else to blog about...i think ill go round the web a bit...what fun.......

hey guyz. its PaYdAy! lol. $204 for the week...not bad. i love makin my own money! i need a job during the skool year. But i only want to/can work like...friday nights and sundays...sorta limits my job searching opportunities...i mean...who wants to hire some1 to work only 2 times a week??
NEwayz...work today was...messed up. I was to work w/ Ben and Steph, but someone w/ big keys was supposed to come and unlock the place to let us in. well....we open at 10am....by 10:30am, the doors were still locked and we couldn't get in. So....Steph goes home to get her cell, then gets the number to Brian's (the boss) cell. well...apparently our cell phones dont work in this area...so im like crap. So then i go back to our place and use the regular phone. I call Brian's cell...no anwser. I try Becky, another workers (shes like a manager) cell...no anwser. I try Brian's house number...nothing. I was about to try Trish's cell when the phone rings, and its Brian...(thank God for caller ID). So i'm like "Who's supposed to open up?" and Brian's like "What? The place is still locked??" and im like "yup...we can't get in." I felt bad for him. Brian sounded blown...he was like.."Daym...Louisa (another employee) was supposed to come and unlock the place." But he said he couldn't come and let us in cause he was babysitting, and Trish was out. So he said he'd call the travel park office and see if someone could come to unlock the door.

Well....i go back there and me Steph and Ben are waiting. Finally, this guy pulls up w/ keys. But b4 he opens the door, he's like "do u guys have the code for the alarm system?" and me and Ben r like...crap....no. So he's like, "then i can't let u all in or the alarm will go off." So...Steph goes home again cause she thinks she had the code written somewhere. She comes back w/ the code. So we go in and Steph goes and punches in the code. For a minute things look like it will be okay...then the freakin alarm goes off. we are like....crap!! A tiny bit later, the phone rings...its the police/security...since the alarm automatically gets them on the line. So...yeah....it was crazy. But finally things settle down cause Ben messes w/ the code and finally gets it to shut off and the security pple stop getting on our case.

So by 11:24....nearly an hour and a half AFTER we were SUPPOSED to open...we were open. But then...me, Ben and Steph discover that we dont kave the keys to get into the machine to get money for the cash register (to make change and stuff). So i called Brian and he said that he'd send Becky over. So 10 minutes later Becky comes and gets us keys for the machine, then we are straight. funny. wild morning.

Once we got going tho it was cool. we stayed pretty busy the whole shift. After work around 5pm i went to the pool...later had dinner...went for a walk on the beach...blah blah....yeah...dats bout it.

Oh. good news bout my brother: he had surgery and should be okay now...yes...i felt so bad for him. I talked to him on the phone today...he's on morphine tho so he sounded a little out of it. morphine...dats good stuff...lol (*for medical purposes only*) but...yeah...they say he should be able to leave the hospital tomorrow. im like...yes. so thats good...im happy...

hi all. must make this brief. ok....not good times. First off....got AP score results. I got 2s on both tests i took....i was blown. I mean...the english one was up in the air...i wasn't sure bout that....but the history....mayn...i had the history. i thought for sure i had the history.... I thought i did about average on the multiple choice part....but my essays....geez....i thought all of them were great. I was SO PROUD of them...i thought for sure i had a 3....i was even thinkin a 4 was possible! ha! no. sorry. not for MeGaN. Megan could NEVER get a 3!! Nothin EVER goes my FREAKIN way!!! and while i hate to bitch, Steph (the genius sister) got two 3's. talk about rubbing salt in the wound. i mean...im glad SOMEONE in this family didn't waste $160 FREAKIN dollars!! but...mayn....im still blown. I KNOW i had the history!!! all those afterschool classes.....notes....everything....i even bought that stupid book and LOOKED through it!! Steph hadn't even bought the book! WHY??!!! ok....lemme move on.

Bad news #2: this is considerably worse and more personal. see...my parents were comin down to Myrtle Beach for a quick visit. They planned on comin down saturday, staying sunday (today) and leaving monday. well....things just never work for us, do they?? My little brother has been really sick for the past few days. Mostly a really, really bad headache...but he keeps getting worse. My parents came down yesterday. But my brother hasn't been doing much but sleeping and his head always hurts real bad. He barely eats anything and he threw up the other night. Then when my parents came down, we realized his eyes were looking funny, then discovered he was having double vision. Not good. Then his right...left....err...i think right arm went numb....and hes just been so out of it. So they took him to the hospital. But see...my brother was born w/ fluid or somethin in his brain, so he has a little brain damage, and they put a shunt in...its supposed to straighten all the fluid stuff out and all...im not much into medicine so i cant really give u the technical info...but...yeah. At the hospital they said he had...somethin w/ sinuses....sinusitis....or somethin. But then my parents took him again and they think maybe its somethin 2 do w/ the shunt or area around his brain or eyes or somethin. not good. So they wanted him to stay in the hospital. But my parents were like...they want to get him to the hospital in MD, so the doctor said get him there as soon as possible. sooo... My parents arrived here in S.C. saturday afternoon. After an 8-hour drive, they get here...take him to the hospital...come back....go to sleep...and at 4am this morning they were on their way back to Maryland. that sorta sux. tho, i can't complain cause i hope my brother is ok...i feel real bad for him. but...yeah....not a good couple of days.

Work was ok today. Nothin special. It was me, my sister and my cousin workin 2day....too much like home...i like workin w/ other pple. Well, 2morrow i work the day shift w/ Brian and Ben...should be fun. The health inspectors can come any day now...please...dont come when im working!! it would be just my luck for them to come tomorrow. just my luck...
